Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop current B2B business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to drive business growth.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the Design, Merchandising, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer database, and MIS reports using ERP and CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini to improve productivity, lead generation, and reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in the Jewellery, Gems & Jewellery, Luxury Goods, Manufacturing, or Export industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and market research skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be preferred.
