In this role, you will own the end-to-end blueprint, execution, and delivery of highstakes,SAP S/4HANA transformations and cutting-edge supply chain solutions(including SAP EWM, TM, and IBP) for a diverse, global client list. You will be the orchestrator of complex global rollouts, turning ambiguity into structured, highperforming

reality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Global Delivery

• Lead the planning, execution, and high-velocity delivery of complex global SAP implementations, rollouts, and transformations.

• Define razor-sharp project scopes, timelines, and budgets while proactively mitigating risks before they impact delivery.

• Drive execution utilizing structured hybrid frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, and SAP Activate) tailored to the speed of the clients business.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of IT experience,



with at least 5+ years directly managing end-to-end SAP global implementations and rollouts.

• Proven experience delivery-managing SAP S/4HANA transformations alongside core supply chain modules (SAP EWM, TM, or IBP).

• Experience leading cross-functional teams (10+ consultants) across a global, onsite/offshore model.

• Practical expertise using SAP Activate, Agile, and Waterfall delivery frameworks.

• Willingness to travel 20- 30%.

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certifications.

• Experience working within a global technology consulting firm or systems integrator.

• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree.
