- Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills as per contract terms.
- Generate client invoices and ensure timely submission for certification.
- Verify Measurement Books (MB), work completion certificates, and quantity records.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Clients for bill approvals.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Billing MIS Reports.
- Monitor billing status, payment collections, and pending invoices.
- Present billing progress reports to management.
