Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

3.5 LPA 6.5 LPA + Incentives

Shift:

US / UK / Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Understand customer concerns through active listening and provide appropriate solutions
- Build positive customer relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer queries related to accounts, services, billing, or process-related concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM/tools
- Manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution




- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets

Skills Required:

- Fluent verbal and written English communication
- Strong customer handling skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Good interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
