7. SQL Server (dbo schema) basic query & data troubleshooting
8. Experience in warehouse/DC operations support
9. 5 10 years overall
10. 3+ years in PKMS on AS400 (mandatory)
11. Solid production support / incident resolution experience

Key Responsibilities
1. Troubleshoot PKMS issues.
2. Handle SCI issues
3. SCI Prod down / instability
4. Data missing / interface failures
5. Manage RF (StayLinked)
6. Perform data validation using SQL.

Preferred
Multi-DC support experience
Exposure to transportation (LTL/FTL, parcel, XBOL)
