Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback on application status.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or technical recruitment within the IT industry.
- Robust understanding of IT technologies and trends to effectively source candidates with relevant skills.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
