Support spinning RD activities by assisting in yarn development trials, process monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting yarn development trials and recording results
- Monitor spinning processes and machine parameters
- Track yarn quality metrics such as CSP, CV%, IPI, U%, and hairiness
- Support analysis of production and quality data for improvement
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and ERP/MIS updates
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Follow SOPs and ensure proper documentation of trials and processes
Key Skills
- Basic understanding of spinning processes and yarn properties
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Solid attention to detail and data handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt
