Position :- CMDB & Discovery Specialist
Experience :- 10+ Year relevant in CMDB & Discovery Management
Location :- Any NTT Data Location (Hybrid Remote, 1-2 Days / Week from Office)
Rate Card :- can go upto Rs 1175 /hr
Shift Timing : 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (US EST Coverage)

Screen the profiles according to the responsibilities shared below:-

Discovery - Configuring Mid Servers , Maintaining Discovery Schedules, Service
Cloud Discovery - AWS , Azure , GCP ,
Serverless discovery - Kubernetes , OpenShift etc.
Integration with external Data Sources using Service Graph Connectors - inbound , outbound integrations
Service Mapping - Configuring Top-Down Discovery , Tag based mapping)
CMDB - Manage Data Quality Issues , Configured and monitored CMDB Health Dashboard , Resolving Duplicates
Scripting Service now Scripting - Business Rules , Client Scripts.

MUST Have Mandatory skills (non-negotiable)
10 Years Relevant in CMDB & Discovery Management
Should be expert in Scripting JavaScript & ServiceNow Scripting




Hands on experience with ServiceGraph - connectors and integration

Required Skills & Experience
Solid understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) concepts, including Discovery, Service Graph Connectors and Integrations
ServiceNow CMDB Service Mapping and Configuration Item Relationship expertise
Knowledge of CI (Configuration Item) classes and hierarchy
Experience with Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
CMDB data modeling and schema design
CI lifecycle management
CMDB Health (completeness, correctness, compliance)
Data normalization and deduplication
ServiceNow-related scripting capabilities (ie: javascript, business rules, fix scripts, integrations, etc.)
