Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for receipt of Raw, Packaging & Miscellaneous materials as per PO/Approved vendor list.
2. Responsible for maintaining documents as per ISO 9001:2015(QMS), ISO 22000: 2018(FSMS) and any documents pertaining to Audit requirement.
3. Responsible for keeping, maintain as per cGMP of dispensing and equipments at all times.
4. Plan & dispensing of Raw materials as per the BMR & MIP sheet.
5. Handle & monitoring dispensing operators & workmen to get the output efficiently.
6. Monitoring & record of temperature and relative humidity/other dispensing.
7. Responsible for periodic physical stock verification for raw & packaging materials.
8. Handling, storage, and bin allocation for the newly received and approved materials.
9. Affix the loose labels for loose cont./bags after dispensing before placing their original place.

Dispensing /utensils keep, maintain as per cGMP.
11. Coordinating with QC for on-time approval of raw materials and arranging vendor COA’s.
12. Verification of material retest dates and coordination with QC for sampling, analysis, and approval.
13. Responsible for keeping, maintaining as per cGMP of dispensing area.
14. Check & ensure weighing balance calibration before starting the activity.
15. Any other jobs and responsibility as & when entrusted by HOD.
