Role & responsibilities

- Daily meetings with IHB (Individual House Builders), Influencers (masons, Contractors & engineers) in the assigned region to generate Sales for TMT Bars as per the Monthly targets assigned.
- Enrollment of Engineers, masons & Contractors & IHB in the company's CRM system
- Ensure all visits are completed as per the PJP (Pre-journey plan) assigned by the Manager.
- Update all visit reports in CRM system.
- Conducting local meets for Masons, Engineers, Contractors, Architects Etc.
- Candidates must have their own two-wheeler for Market visits (reimbursement as per company policy)

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: Minimum Experience - 2 Years+ in techno Sales / BD / Lead Generation & Conversion in cement industry or building material with Diploma / B.tech in civil
