- Daily Operations: Conduct daily site safety inspections, maintain hazard reports, and implement immediate corrective actions. Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed in office at all times.
- Equipment Management: Handle safety gear distribution and maintain accurate registers for both issued PPE and third-party equipment certifications.
- Training: Conduct weekly toolbox talks and proactively educate workers on hazard identification and mitigation.
- Audits: Act as the company's lead safety representative during client visits and safety inspections, ensuring constant audit readiness.
- Experience & Education: 5+ years of overall experience (must include 2+ years in the Oil & Gas industry) with a valid Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety.
