This Position reports to:

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Performing analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast.
Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers.
Performing closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions.
Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / Functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends.
Preparing allocation cycles and calculation of Labour hour rates and overhead absorption rate for different business scenarios.

Performing cost / benefit analysis and analysis of inventories,



NWC calculation of Labour hour rates and overhead absorption rate for different business scenarios.
Preparing and analyzing ad-hoc reports as per divisions / functions request.
Analysis of overhead under / over absorption indicating root cause.

Qualifications for the role
Experience required 3-7 Yrs
Experience in Power BI, Power Apps, Macros, Budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with MS Office
Degree CMA/ MBA Finance
Thorough / detail oriented approach.
Solid communication skills.
Hands on experience in SAP FICO and COPA modules
