Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure smooth production operations by managing machine setup, mold changeovers, and tooling maintenance.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met during injection molding processes.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency in cable manufacturing, crimping, and wire harness production.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to power cord production, including RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action).

- Implement 5S principles to maintain a clean and organized work setting.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in Production Engineering or equivalent role in the electrical equipment industry.

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution.

- Strong understanding of cables, moulding, crimping, manpower handling, production engineering, production supervising, processing techniques such as injection moulding.
