Role & responsibilities

Experience & Knowledge

Robust understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and associated legal processes

Minimum 6+ years experience in CLM implementation or configuration projects (preferably with Agiloft, Ironclad, or Leah)

Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies

Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations

Awareness of GenAI and agentic solutions

Relevant CLM certifications are highly desirable

Technical Skills

Proven experience configuring CLM platforms, including:

oContract templates

oWorkflows

oNotifications and alerts

oReporting and dashboards

oUser roles, permissions, and groups

Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation, including:

oConfiguration design documents





oTest scripts and cases

Client & Delivery Skills

Experience supporting and contributing to client design workshops

Ability to deliver client demos showcasing CLM functionality

Experience delivering or assisting with end-user training sessions

Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

Strong communication and documentation skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking

Ability to translate business requirements into technical configuration

Detail-oriented with a structured and methodical approach
