Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA in Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage.




- 12-15 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with exposure to residential project sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of Northern Mumbai real estate market trends, pricing dynamics, and buyer behavior.
- Expert knowledge of CRM platforms, digital lead management systems, and MS Office tools.
- Deep understanding of local real estate laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship management, customer acquisition, and closure capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with solid reporting, forecasting, and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage digital platforms for sales optimization.
