15 years of experience in Aerospace Structural Stress Analysis.
Perform static stress analysis and sizing of Airbus primary structures.
Carry out structural sizing and validation using hand calculations and FEM.
Perform stress analysis for fuselage/Wing structures and structural interfaces.
Develop and execute ISAMI static modules and prepare ISAMI templates for metallic and composite structures.
Conduct numerical model review, post-processing, result extraction, and interpretation. Prepare and review certification-quality Stress Dossiers.
Support engineering investigations and provide technical solutions for structural issues. Develop and maintain
Excel/VBA/Python tools to improve engineering productivity. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of engineering activities while meeting quality requirements.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience working on Airbus programs will be a strong advantage.
Good knowledge of aircraft primary structures and aircraft loads. Experience in static stress calculations for Airbus aircraft primary structures.
Solid understanding of structural sizing using hand calculations and FEM. Experience with ISAMI Static
Modules and ISAMI template preparation. Knowledge of metallic and composite structural analysis. Experience in numerical modeling, post-processing, and result interpretation. Strong experience in preparing Stress Dossiers.
Good knowledge of Excel and VBA/Macros. Working knowledge of: ISAMI HyperView (Post-processing) Nastran/Patran CATIA V5 Basic knowledge of ZAMIZ/AIRENA
