Role & responsibilities
- Conduct TARA across ECU's, components and for whole vehicle.
- Develop detailed security profile for vehicle components
- Develop detailed assessment framework for vehcile security
- Develop mitigation strategies for identified risks and collaborate with engineering teams for implementation.
- Assist in the development of the Cybersecurity Management System based on ISO/SAE 21434. Develop and enforce implementation standards, procedures, and best practices
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation that aligns with ISO 21434 and UN R155 standards
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and others to integrate cybersecurity measures.
- Work closely with product management to translate security requirements into actionable product features.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science,
Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or related fields
- 5-10 years of experience in vehicle cybersecurity or a related area
- Experience with TARA methodologies (HEAVENS, OCTAVE, STRIDE)
- Familiarity with ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155, and cybersecurity standards applicable to automotive industries.
- Robust understanding of automotive architectures (AUTOSAR, Ethernet, CAN)
- Proficient in cybersecurity risk management, threat analysis, and vulnerability assessment
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and report presentation
