- Perform line clearance before manufacturing and packing activities.
- Monitor dispensing, compounding, filling, packing, and aseptic operations.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure cGMP/GDP compliance.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Verify equipment calibration, cleaning status, and material reconciliation.
- Monitor personnel hygiene, gowning, and cleanroom practices.
- Report and investigate deviations, non-conformances, and support CAPA implementation.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and data integrity (ALCOA+).
- Support process validation, media fill, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Microbiology, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- 15 years Experience in IPQA
