Job Description:

- Make material reservations against production orders (PO).
- Povide MIR & Coordinate with store team to ensure the Raw material availability on time to the production floor
- Perform Production Order (PO) Wise daily material reconciliation and maintain optimum shop floor inventory as per production order requirements.
- Ensure traceability through proper batch number management in SAP & MES.
- Monitor production progress against daily and shift-wise targets.
- Track Work in Progress (WIP) at every production stage.
- Monitor and ensure timely closure of production orders
- Perform material reconciliation for transactions received from Store to Production
- Maintain minimum and reorder stock levels for critical Non-BOM materials (Consumable)
- Collect & Review daily scrap reports, analyze variances, and implement actions to minimize material wastage.
- Support the SAP team by providing business inputs, validating requirements,



and assisting in system development and testing.
- Monitor and ensure FIFO compliance while tracking and liquidating ageing inventory in both Stores and the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Procurement to resolve material-related issues impacting production
- Monitor line stoppages due to material shortages and ensure timely resolution.
- Verify inventory accuracy through daily physical stock checks of critical materials.
- Monitor and control excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure timely posting of all production and inventory transactions in SAP/MES.
- Monitor material consumption against BOM standards and investigate any significant variances.
- Raise Purchase Requests (PR) for Non - BOM materials requirements based on the material lead time & Min. Max level.
