Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders across D-commerce channels.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure stock reconciliation with ERP/WMS systems.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, customer support, and planning teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor key warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch SLA, inventory accuracy, productivity, and return processing.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
- Manage courier coordination and ensure timely shipment dispatch.
- Handle reverse logistics, damaged goods, and customer return processes efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, housekeeping,



and statutory regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of warehouse management experience in an eCommerce or D2C environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and inventory management.
- Experience managing high-volume order fulfillment operations.
- Sound understanding of inventory planning, stock reconciliation, and warehouse best practices.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict dispatch timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
