Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives across technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, and leadership functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, employer branding, and recruitment analytics while ensuring a superior candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Manage complete recruitment life cycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Handle hiring for technical, non-technical, manufacturing, and leadership positions.
- Conduct candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Perform screening, assessments, and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring managers and leadership teams.

Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning

- Partner with business leaders to understand current and future hiring requirements.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
- Support succession planning and strategic workforce initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

- Serve as a trusted recruitment partner to department heads and management.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking,



and hiring recommendations.
- Ensure timely communication and alignment with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards and reports for management review.

Employer Branding

- Strengthen XIPHIAS employer branding initiatives through social media campaigns, job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives.
- Enhance candidate engagement and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Promote a positive candidate experience across all hiring stages.

HR Operations Support

- Support onboarding and induction activities for current employees.
- Ensure recruitment compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Assist HR team with employee engagement and retention initiatives when required.

Required Qualifications

Education

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Experience

- 3-5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for IT, Software Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics or Technology organizations.
