Role & responsibilities
1. Daily Target: Conduct a minimum of 10 field visits per day to local poultry, pig, and goat farms in the Belgaum rural areas.
2. Data Collection: Accurately record farm details during visits, including farm location, livestock type, total number of animals, and age of the animals.
3. Market Research: Identify which competitor feed brands the farmers are currently using and where they are sourcing them from.
4. Product Pitching: Introduce farm owners to the benefits of Tryon Feeds, explain our quality advantage, and convert them into long-term wholesale customers.
5. Reporting: Update the daily farm visit tracker with photos of the farms and outcome notes at the end of every day.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
2. Languages: Solid fluency in Kannada and Marathi (knowledge of Hindi/English is a bonus) to effectively communicate with local farmers.
3. Experience: 0 to 3 years.
