Experience preferred: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in agricultural input sales
Language Known: Telugu,English

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Fertilizer Sales Executive to support the sales
and marketing of our organic fertilizer products, including FOM, LFOM, and PROM. The
candidate will be responsible for field-level sales promotion, dealer engagement, farmer
outreach, and market development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and support sales of organic fertilizers (FOM, LFOM, and PROM).
Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers to create product awareness and
generate sales.
Develop and maintain a customer and sales lead database.
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Organize and coordinate field demonstrations,



farmer meetings, and awareness
programs.
Support dealer and distributor network development activities.
Maintain daily sales visit reports and activity records.
Collect customer feedback and ensure timely follow-up.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and marketing events.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual business targets.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc. / Diploma in Agriculture).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of agriculture, fertilizers, or agri-input sales will be preferred.

Ability to build robust relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation is an added advantage.
