- Prepare Sales invoicing as per price card
- Receiving Sales Order from marketing persons & execute on it.
To find / to deal with transporter for lowest freight for delivery.
Freight negotiation in daily basis with transporter
To take care of average freight for dispatch
To maintain dispatch report & send to seniors on Daily/Monthly/Yearly basis.
Maintaining daily sales entry work in SAP system
Material dispatch with as per sales order received with immediate action.
Checking and verifying of transporter bills as per SAP.
Updating monthly Batch wise & party wise dispatch report to ADO.
Keeping record of acknowledgment of delivery of material.
- To issue discount credit note to customer.
- Prepare monthly Subsidy claims for onward submission to Districts & State.
- Upload Data of Dispatches & Sales in Department of Fertilizer website of FMS & MFMS.
