We are looking for an experienced Payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations and internal financial controls. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, payroll vendors, and finance to support payroll accounting, reporting, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including regular and off-cycle payroll cycles.
- Review and validate payroll data such as employee lifecycle changes, compensation updates, benefits, equity transactions (RSU/ESP), and deductions.
- Ensure accurate payroll funding, salary disbursements, and payroll tax compliance.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers while working with systems such as ADP, Workday, and Oracle.
- Support payroll accounting activities including journal entries,



reconciliations, accruals, GL mapping, and variance analysis.
- Maintain payroll documentation and ensure readiness for audits and compliance reviews.

Required Qualifications:

- CA Intermediate, B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance).
- 5+ years of payroll experience in a multinational organization.
- Solid understanding of payroll operations, payroll accounting, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/payroll systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of SOX controls and audit compliance.
- Experience with global or multi-state payroll environments.
- Familiarity with payroll tax filings and statutory compliance.
