Position summary

A proactive ERP professional with strong manufacturing experience, capable of driving ERP implementation, process optimization, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in Production, PPC, MRP, BOM, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse operations, with the ability to collaborate across teams, solve business challenges, and deliver measurable operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Own ERP business-process logic, functional issue resolution and successful adoption across departments.
- Drive ERP implementation, upgrades, testing and go-live activities.
- Manage BOM, Routing, MRP, Production Orders and Master Data.
- Support Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse and Supply Chain processes.
- Gather requirements, perform GAP analysis and prepare functional documentation.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Develop MIS reports,



dashboards and KPIs.
- Conduct UAT, user training and post-go-live support.
- Ensure ERP data integrity, security and process compliance.

Required Skills

- Manufacturing ERP (SAP PP/MM, Dynamics NAV/Business Central, Infor LN/Baan Oracle ERP or equivalent).
- Production Planning, Inventory, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI preferred.
- Data Migration, UAT, Documentation, Process Mapping.
- Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications & Experience

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial or equivalent.
- MBA (MIS) preferred.
- 5-10 years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
