- Lead geological exploration teams to identify potential mineral deposits and develop mine plans.
- Conduct data analysis using Surpac software to optimize mine operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop detailed reports on geological findings, including recommendations for future exploration efforts.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in geology or a related field, preferably in the metals & mining industry.
- Solid background in geological exploration, mine planning, and data mining using tools like Autocad and Surpac.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams through complex projects from conception to completion.
