ROLE SUMMARY

The GM Finishing will lead the finishing and interior coordination function for high-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects. The role requires hands-on oversight of site execution, close coordination with international and domestic designers, adherence to quality benchmarks, and management of schedules, BOQs and material selection from design intent through to final handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end finishing and interior execution for luxury residences, five-star hotels, clubhouses, lobbies, penthouses and mock-up units.

Coordinate with international and Indian design consultants to translate design intent into buildable, quality-compliant execution plans.

Set and monitor quality benchmarks, finishing standards and project timeframes across all work fronts.

Plan, supervise and monitor site progress to ensure schedule adherence and readiness for handover/inspection milestones.

Prepare, review and approve Bills of Quantities (BOQ); manage cost analysis and bill checking for finishing packages.





Oversee material sequencing and selection of Indian and imported stone, marble and other finishing materials, ensuring value-for-money without compromising quality.

Coordinate procurement of finishing materials in line with design specifications, budgets and project timelines.

Liaise with clients, developers, architects and design houses to align expectations on scope, quality and delivery.

Lead and mentor site teams, contractors and vendors; drive accountability for workmanship and safety standards.

Participate in project audits and reviews, ensuring timely completion and resolution of execution bottlenecks.

Manage multiple concurrent sites/projects across residential, hospitality and commercial categories.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Graduate/ Diploma Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification; additional certification in Interior/Project Management preferred.

15-25+ years of progressive experience in finishing.
