As a Product Test Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive testing strategies. You will leverage your expertise in Jenkins, Github, and Tosca to drive efficient testing processes. Your contributions will enhance product performance and support our mission to deliver innovative solutions in the RD and Bioinformatics domains.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong hands-on expertise in Tosca and other Tricentis tools. The ideal candidate will possess both administrative and tool consumer knowledge, with proven experience in troubleshooting, installations, license management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, domain knowledge, and client engagement skills to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Tosca Administration Tool Consumption

- Perform test runs validation, module validation, and sync settings.
- Troubleshoot Tosca DeX machines and License server issues.
- Update and maintain licenses effectively.
- Manage Tosca and qTest on-prem installations.

Tricentis Tools Expertise

- Work with qTest and Vera alongside Tosca.
- Provide support from both administrative and end-user perspectives.

Reporting Collaboration

- Deliver periodic status reports and project updates to stakeholders.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and propose solutions.
- Participate in requirement reviews, offering input on testability and quality risks.

Domain Knowledge

- Apply expertise in Bioinformatics, RD, Preclinical, and Clinical domains to enhance testing processes and outcomes.

Client Engagement

- Serve as the primary interface for assigned client accounts and stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with client leadership and operational teams.
- Align delivery outcomes with client business objectives.
- Manage client communications, reviews, and governance forums.

Delivery Operations

- Coordinate with internal delivery, engineering, and support teams to meet client expectations.
- Monitor delivery health, risks, and issues; proactively drive mitigation plans.
- Lead operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications Skills

- Solid hands-on knowledge of Tosca (administration + tool consumption).
- Experience with Tosca DeX machines, License server troubleshooting, and license management.
- Knowledge of Tricentis tools (qTest, Vera) and on-prem installations.
- Ability to provide both administrative and user-level support.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Domain expertise in Bioinformatics, RD, Preclinical, and Clinical.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and delivery governance.
