- Role Description:

The Regional Manager will be responsible for establishing, growing, and scaling company business and the Support Functions in region. He will work with Process and Regulatory Compliance, Team Management, Records Maintenance MIS Reporting, and management of branches. Should have the ability to do team work. Should be able to supervise 4-6 branches and field force. Willing to travel frequently.

- Job Location:

North 24 Pargana, Uttar Dinajpur, Malda, Dakshin Dinajpur, Jalpaiguri, Darjeeling, Siliguri, Coochbehar, Alipurduar in West Bengal and Katihar in Bihar.

- Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate and onwards.

Prior experience as Branch Manager or Regional Manager in microfinance is preferred.

Work Place Stay (Free Residence).





Need Own Bike/Scooty/ Smart Phone.
