Job Title: Maintenance Manager Plastic Manufacturing / Injection Molding / Cosmetics Manufacturing

Experience: 15+ Years

Industry: Plastic Packaging | Injection Molding | Blow Molding | FMCG | Cosmetics Manufacturing

Qualification: ITI in Electronics or an equivalent technical qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.

Maintain Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Assembly, Packaging, and Utility equipment.

Improve machine uptime, OEE, MTTR, and MTBF through continuous improvement initiatives.

Troubleshoot PLC, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Execute machine installation, commissioning, validation, and utility maintenance.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure compliance with Safety, GMP, 5S, FSSC, and quality standards.





Manage spare parts, maintenance budgets, and mentor the maintenance team while collaborating with Production, Quality, and Engineering.
