Role Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic Customer Support / Voice Process Executives to handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries efficiently, and keep customer records updated in the CRM. This is a great entry-level opportunity for freshers looking to build a stable career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries in a professional, courteous manner
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the right team when needed
- Accurately update and maintain customer details and interaction records in the CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for call quality, resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Follow call scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines consistently




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely query resolution

Eligibility:

Freshers welcome — no prior experience required (experienced candidates also welcome). Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate. Good verbal communication in Hindi and English. Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts. Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn. Immediate joiners preferred.
