Verint is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development of our Experience Management (XM) platform. This role combines solid technical leadership, people management, and product development expertise to deliver scalable cloud-native enterprise solutions.

Required Skills

- 15+ years of software product development experience.
- 5+ years leading engineering teams.
- Strong experience with SaaS products and cloud-native architecture.
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Microservices, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Strong stakeholder and people management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Cloud security expertise.
- AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.




- Monitoring & observability platforms.
- Experience in enterprise software product companies.
