Job Description: Automation Sales Executive
Experience:3+ years in Technical sales of automation products like Sensors, PLC drives etc, in industrial areas of Manesar,gurgaon,Bhiwadi, Bawal, Neemrana,Alwar.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Prospecting: Identify and target new clients in sectors such as manufacturing, service through cold calling, networking, and social selling.
- Consultative Solution Selling: Act as a "trusted advisor" by understanding client pain points and recommending tailored automation systems (e.g., PLC, SCADA, IIoT, or DCS).
- Technical Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and deliver complex technical proposals that articulate clear ROI and business outcomes.
- Relationship & Account Management: Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure,

Qualifications & Skills

- Educational Background: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation) or Diploma in electrical or Business Administration.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of industrial automation products (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs) and digital services (IoT, cloud-based monitoring).

Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B or solution selling, often requiring 3+ years of experience for mid-level roles.
Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Fieldwork: Willingness to travel frequently (often 50% or more) for on-site client visits.
