- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of foundry equipment (furnaces, Disa Flex 70 moulding lines, sand plant, core shop, shot blasting, cranes).
- Attend breakdowns promptly and minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting.
- Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain utilities such as compressed air, cooling water, and electrical systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and improve reliability and efficiency.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical spares.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, LOTO, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth plant operations.
