Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure & EPC sector.
- Manage end-to-end tendering process (pre-bid to post-award)
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and prepare strategic business plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submission and execution support.
- Ensure achievement of business targets and growth objectives
Preferred candidate profile
- Robust negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of government tender portals and processes
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Outstation candidate will be given Sharing Accomodation (Free) & Food(Subsidy rate)
