Key Responsibilities

_x000D_

_x000D_

- Support IT Due Diligence, IT Separation, and IT Integration activities for M&A; engagements.
_x000D_
Assess the client's IT landscape, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data environments.
_x000D_
Identify technology-related risks, dependencies, and cost optimization opportunities.
_x000D_
Develop Day 1 readiness and post-merger integration strategies.




_x000D_
Create IT transition roadmaps, synergy assessments, and implementation plans.
_x000D_
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
_x000D_
Prepare client presentations, reports, and executive-level recommendations.
_x000D_
