Job Title: SHIFT INCHARGE OPERATION FOR CAPTIVE POWER PLANT

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Incharge for our Captive Power Plant. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the power plant during their shift, ensuring efficient and secure operation while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the operations of the power plant during the assigned shift
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot operational issues
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate records of operations
- Train and mentor junior staff and operators
- Implement operational improvements and efficiency measures

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in power plant operations,



with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of power generation processes and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends

Skills: Strong knowledge of power plant operations Experience in managing a team Proficient in safety and environmental regulations Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure Strong communication skills Familiarity with SCADA systems and control room operations
