We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Team Lead to lead a small development team, oversee project execution, and contribute to the design and development of scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on coding experience, leadership potential, and the ability to guide team members while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of developers in day-to-day technical activities.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and backend services.
- Participate in project planning, task allocation, and sprint execution.
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with high-quality output.
- Guide junior developers through code reviews and technical discussions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

- 2-4 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Web API development.
- Strong proficiency in one or more technologies such as Java, Node.js, Python, .NET Core.
- Knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience leading a project or mentoring developers is preferred.
