VP/AVP - Human Resources Operations

We are seeking an experienced VP/AVP - Human Resources Operations to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR workforce administration, employee data administration, exit management, and employee data management. The role will involve HR transformation and pre-qualifier infotype management.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR processes and policies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage employee data and workforce administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee exit management processes, including employee separations and terminations
- Administer employee data management systems, ensuring data integrity and security
- Lead HR transformation initiatives, driving process improvements and cultural changes
- Manage pre-qualifier infotype processes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards

Requirements





- Minimum 18 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on workforce administration and employee data management
- Proven experience in HR transformation and process improvement
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and software, including WFDA (Work Force Data Admin)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
