Collaborate with AI architects to optimize model outputs for accuracy and safety. Document prompt strategies and maintain a centralised prompt repository. Research emerging prompting techniques and apply them to live products. Work closely with product designers and developers on AI UX flows.

- 3+ years of experience working directly with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama)
- Deep understanding of prompt design patterns: few-shot, CoT, ReAct, etc.
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Solid analytical mindset with experience in prompt evaluation metrics
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Bonus: experience with fine-tuning or RLHF workflows
