Department: Warehouse

Designation: Assistant / Operator / Executive

Education: HSC / ITI / Diploma / B.Com / M.Com / B.Sc

Experience: 3 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Core Operations: Handle receipt, storage, dispensing, and issuance of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).
- Inventory & Dispatch: Manage Finished Goods (FG) storage, handling, and dispatch activities.
- Daily Planning: Plan and execute daily RM, PM, and FG receiving and dispatching schedules.
- Documentation & QMS: Prepare and update Warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- Compliance & Audits:



Ensure full compliance with warehouse safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Instrument Validation: Oversee calibration, qualification, and requalification of warehouse instruments and equipment.
- Stock Accuracy: Maintain accurate physical inventory records and update the software system daily.
