Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory, compliance, and effective allocation. The role involves stock control, vendor coordination, audit readiness, and supporting L1 teams in resolving asset-related issues.Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate inventory and track asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal
- Update asset details in asset management tools/CMDB and perform physical verification
- Handle asset tagging, barcoding, allocation, transfer, return, and replacement
- Manage stock levels, audits (daily/weekly/monthly), and inventory records (GRN, issue logs)
- Allocate and collect assets for employees; verify condition during handover
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty, AMC, and repairs; track RMAs




- Ensure compliance with audits, software licensing, and asset movement approvals
- Prepare reports: daily asset reports, stock reconciliation, aging, and discrepancy reports
- Support L1 team, perform root cause analysis, and drive process improvements
- Train junior team members on asset management processes

Required Skills:

- Experience with asset management tools (ServiceNow, AssetExplorer, ERP, Excel)
- Knowledge of CMDB, inventory management, and barcode/RFID tracking
- Basic hardware understanding and MIS/reporting skills
