Job Summary

We are(O seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management TM) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in logistics and supply chain business processes. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in OTM implementations, cloud migrations, support, enhancements, and maintenance projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end solution delivery, including business requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend OTM-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Configure and customize Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules based on business requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy OTM integrations, extensions, and custom solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation and migration projects across Cloud and On-Premise environments.
- Work closely with business users, architects, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Support production environments by troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Perform impact analysis for enhancements and system upgrades.
- Prepare functional and technical design documents.
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing (SIT), and deployment activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to business and support teams.





Required Skills & Experience

Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Strong understanding of transportation and logistics business processes.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Order Management
- Shipment Planning
- Carrier Management
- Rate Management
- Freight Settlement
- Logistics Network Modeling

Techno-Functional Expertise

- Robust experience in both functional consulting and technical development.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration.
- Experience with:
- OTM Agents and Automation Agents
- Business Process Automation
- User-defined screens and workflows
- XML Profiles and Templates
- Integration Manager

Integration & Development

- Experience integrating OTM with Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, EBS, SAP, or third-party systems.
- Hands-on experience with:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- XML/XSLT
- SQL/PLSQL

Cloud Experience

- Experience working on Oracle Cloud-based implementation and migration projects.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Understanding of:
- Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
- Platform as a Service (PaaS)
- Software as a Service (SaaS)

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle OTM Cloud implementation experience.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation and migration initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in client-facing environments.
