Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our Premium Showroom. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining optimum inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting the showroom with uninterrupted product availability while achieving cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end procurement of showroom products such as decorative lighting, fans, electrical accessories etc.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and manufacturers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchases.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely approval and release.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
- Track pending purchase orders and follow up to avoid stock shortages.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels by monitoring quick-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving items.




- Coordinate with the warehouse, showroom, accounts, and sales teams for smooth procurement operations.
- Verify supplier invoices, delivery challans, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, shortages, damages, or delayed deliveries.
- Maintain vendor-wise price lists, agreements, and procurement records.
- Conduct regular market surveys to identify new products, brands, and pricing trends.
- Prepare procurement MIS reports, pending order reports, and purchase analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval processes.
- Support annual stock verification and inventory audits.
- Develop cost-saving initiatives through effective negotiation and alternate sourcing.
