- Analyze battery cell packs and perform balancing.
- Identify root cause analysis using data acquisition tools.
- Repair PCM and PCBA, and troubleshoot battery pack errors.
- Define problems, collect data, analyze results, interpret findings, and write technical reports.
- Implement waste control and cost-saving methods to optimize resource utilization.
- Manage quality control processes effectively using Kaizen and 5S methods.

Job Requirements

- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with relevant knowledge of Lithium-Ion Cell/Battery Testing.
- Proficient in charging and discharging batteries, as well as analyzing error in battery packs.
- Experience with BMS, cell sorting, and spot welding is required.




- Knowledge of insulation pasting machines, cell capacity testing, and Chroma for charging and discharging assembled batteries is essential.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in after-sales service.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw solid conclusions from data analysis.
