Shivam Industrial Products Pvt. Ltd. is a leading industrial and medical gas company based in Indore. We supply oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, and other industrial gases to customers across multiple industries. We are looking for a proactive qualified who can manage both accounting operations and customer relationships efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

* Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/Zoho Books.

* Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.

* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

* Generate sales invoices, purchase entries, debit/credit notes, and payment vouchers.

* Track customer receivables and supplier payments.

* Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks.

* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

* Prepare monthly MIS and outstanding reports.

Customer Relationship Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.

* Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries with the operations team.

* Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and payments.

* Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution.

* Maintain customer records in the CRM system.

* Build long-term relationships with existing customers and improve customer satisfaction.

* Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely service.





Administrative Responsibilities

* Maintain digital and physical documentation.

* Prepare management reports and dashboards.

* Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.

* Assist management with process improvements and automation initiatives.

Desired Skills

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

* Experience with Tally Prime; knowledge of Zoho Books will be an added advantage.

* Good understanding of GST, TDS, and invoicing.

* Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

* Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

* High attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Qualifications

* B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

* 25 years of experience in accounting and customer service.

* Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B industries will be preferred.
