Verint is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead cloud-native product development initiatives within our DaVinci Data Engine platform. In this role, you will drive engineering excellence, lead high-performing teams, and build scalable SaaS products leveraging up-to-date cloud technologies.

Required Qualifications

- 15+ years of software product development experience.
- 510 years of people management experience.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native SaaS platforms.
- Experience with Java and/or Python.
- Expertise in Kubernetes,



Docker, and Microservices.
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong Agile and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead product engineering teams.
- Drive Agile delivery and engineering best practices.
- Design and build scalable microservices architectures.
- Collaborate with product leadership.
- Implement cloud-native strategies using AWS/Azure/GCP.
