Job Summary

Spectrum Networks is looking for an experienced Routing & Switching Trainer to deliver instructor-led technical training programs for enterprise networking technologies. The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on implementation experience along with proven expertise in delivering certification-oriented training for corporate professionals, enterprise customers, and internal technical teams.

Candidates should have expertise in one or more networking platforms such as Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Huawei, Arista, or Aruba and should be passionate about mentoring networking professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on lab-based training on Enterprise & Service Provider Routing and Switching technologies.
- Conduct certification-focused training on Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Huawei, Arista, and Aruba networking solutions.
- Deliver practical demonstrations covering network design, configuration, implementation, migration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain training content, lab manuals, presentations, assessments, and technical documentation.
- Design and conduct practical lab sessions, workshops, boot camps, and certification preparation programs.
- Evaluate participant performance through assignments, practical labs, and technical assessments.
- Customize training programs based on customer requirements and business needs.
- Support internal technical enablement initiatives and collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Delivery teams.
- Stay updated with emerging networking technologies, certification updates, and industry best practices.
