Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or related modules) and proven expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting business solutions. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Dynamics 365 is leveraged to meet business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and perform fit-gap analysis.

Configure, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 modules to meet functional requirements.

Prepare functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for solution delivery.

Support end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Provide training, user support, and documentation to drive successful adoption.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or related modules, operations, IT) to align Dynamics 365 solutions with business processes.

Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, compliance standards, and organizational policies.





Continuously identify opportunities to optimize business processes and enhance system capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or related modules).

Strong understanding of core business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, or Customer Engagement.

Proven experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, testing, and user support.

Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or related modules).

Experience working in Agile/DevOps delivery models.

Exposure to end-to-end implementations in multiple industries
